We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join this dynamic team to continue their pattern of growth while maintaining core values when it comes to manufacturing.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and tests, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product / service quality.

Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products / services
  • Conduct inspections, tests and evaluations of materials, components and finished products / services to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Identify and document defects, deviations and non-conformities, and collaborate with relevant teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective / preventive actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing and customer support, to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, generating reports and providing recommendations for enhancing product / service quality and process efficiency
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements and emerging trends in quality assurance, and proactively propose and implement improvements
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality management systems and industry standards
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality-related processes, procedures and guidelines

Quality Assurance Specialist Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist with 2-5 years in the field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns and root causes of quality issues
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on precision and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams
